Refund and Returns Policy

At The Wood Heaven, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Returns Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
The product should not have been modified or damaged after delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products
Furniture or products made specifically on special order
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method or through another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

We may replace or exchange products in the following cases:

The product was damaged during shipping.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and its packaging for verification.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable.
